Hello there dear friend :) Happy Sunday to you! I cant believe how warm and sunny it is here today!! I feel like throwing a party!! I hope it is warm and sunny wherever you are too :) Spring is upon us and I am so thankful!! For me, springtime magazines are always the prettiest. With all the flowers, gardening tips and the lightening up of spaces. So inspiring! I wanted to share a couple of magazines I picked up lately. Most of us read Romantic Homes, so I did not photograph it. But it is beautiful this month! I love the Scandinavian articles. So pretty!
I picked up the spring summer issue of Cottage Style. I just couldn't resist the pretty cover! Their are all types of homes in this issue in the cottage style we all love. All different colors etc. to suit anyone's tastes. I photographed a couple of my favorites.
I just love this little desk area. The white with touches of lavender and blue is so pretty. It is just a happy place! I wouldn't even mind paying bills sitting here, lol!
I'm not a fan a fan of the pink walls in this room. But I love the layout and the way the couches are set up. I don't like window treatments in my house but I think these are pretty. Being that I am going to add a new love seat to my sitting room, I am finding this to be inspiring. Mine wont be this pretty but I am still excited for it :)
I have seen this kitchen before and it is always one of my favorites! I just love the chippiness and all of the white. The bar stool slip covers are so cute and I love the simplicity of the island! This just shows how much of an impact a small space can have.
These aren't necessarily my favorite colors. Too bold and I don't like red. But for this outdoor space, it just looks so happy and would be so nice for having company. Very summer-y :)
I could barely wait for the March issue of Jeanne d' Arc to come out!! It never disappoints!!
I love this idea. Pansies are so precious. I cant wait to add some to my home as soon as they show up here :)
I love this!! An olive bucket with an olive plant inside :) I just adore these buckets. Mine is one of my favorite things that I have. So perfect for many different things! Their are many more beautiful pages of inspiration in this magazine. I highly recommend if you haven't picked it up yet :)

I have been slowly working on a couple of things around my home that I hope to share soon. Nothing much, just some little touches that make me smile. What are you working on this spring? I sure have been enjoying all of the beautiful spring and Easter inspired blog posts! So many beautiful homes here in blogland!

ReplyDeleteIts freezing in the UK at the moment with snow due :( Last tuesday was gorgeous and felt very spring like. Its nice to see these lovely images. My next project is a bit of a spruce up in the kitchen.
ReplyDeleteThank you for sharing your magazines. I am a bit of an addict myself. I can't bear to get rid of the old ones and I hate to cut them up. There are some lovely new magazines online, but I still love my paper copies.
